Description:
Heptonstall Museum is a small community museum.  It has exhibitions that explore the changing importance of the village of Heptonstall and the surrounding area from prehistoric times to the present day.   The Museum includes exhibitions on the infamous Cragg Vale Coiners, who produced conterfeit currency and even murdered to conceal their trade.

Community Programmes:
The Museum has a brand new community space to display the community history of the area in more detail using oral histories and photographs.
